It was charming small and we would definitely return. Our pets and we enjoyed being there. We ate at a particularly good restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Cute little getaway!
Loved the free drink and the unlimited bottled water! The staff was super friendly, especially Jeff and James. The room was clean and quiet, but the walls were a tad thin, so you could hear some noise from the next room. The bar/lounge area was nice too!

Clean, comfortable hotel for a good price in a very convenient Boston location. Hotel is in a more urban/European style with small rooms. Pleasant decor. Friendly staff.

Location, and art deco interior were excellent. The rooms are a little small as is the bathroom. If the Chandler is to appeal to business travelers they need to add a little better option for the hanging of clothing and the providance of a regular size ironing board. Also there is little space for computer communication and work related entry in the room. This is necessary for the business travelor. dr. kelvyn a. moore
Space to hang clothing and space for computer operation.

The location can't be beat - we loved the neighborhood feel of the area. Complimentary drinks in lobby were a great touch too!
Beds were extremely cheap, loud, and uncomfortable. Rooms were small - too small for a family but fine for two.

Charming Stay in Boston!
Our 4-night getaway was good. The king-sized bed offered great comfort, and Latoya at the front desk were great, even finding us scissors! Don't miss brunch at the Trophy Room pub. Note, rooms are cozy with limited storage, so pack light!

Sincerely, it was a great stay for my business trip. I stayed in a deluxe king room and loved a quite tight bathroom. The location was favourable, close to John Hancock Tower. The breakfast was great, the check in was early.
